Achieve and exceed sales target assigned Attend to customers’ enquiries on a timely basis Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback and complaints Maintain and develop customer relationships through an individual approach Engage in telemarketing to make appointments with potential leads Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunity Process and arrange sales of product and liaise with internal department Consistent follow up after-sales and handle related paperwork Prepare for762 meeting and document sales activities Upkeep knowledge of sales, promotions, policies and product Perform other duties as assigned
