This role comes with a£25,000 basic salaryand the opportunity to earnuncapped commission, with realistic earningswell in excess of our £48,000 on‑target level, plus acompany carand a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll work a40‑hour week across five 8‑hour shifts. While you’ll be in most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), you’ll enjoy aguaranteed weekday off, and with the dealershipclosed every Sunday, you can rely on a regular day to relax and recharge. About the role As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of delivering apremium, end‑to‑end customer experience. From first enquiry to vehicle handover, you’ll guide customers through a smooth and enjoyable car‑buying journey, building trust, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. You’ll receivefull training and a comprehensive onboarding programme, giving you the tools, confidence and support needed to maximise your performance and earning potential. A minimum of12 months’ experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota Afull UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
