Pre Sales Executive

Salary: £26,000 + commission

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound calls and enquiries from both pre-sales and post-sales customers, delivering expert advice and recommending the most suitable products or solutions tailored to their needs or projects
  • Serving as the first point of contact via phone, email, and live chat, providing quotes and proactively maximising sales opportunities through up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Managing the sales pipeline to monitor and convert leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and increasing quote-to-sale conversions.
  • Following up on leads promptly via phone and email to maintain momentum and enhance customer engagement
