Due to the launch of a brand-new development, they are looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their team on a flagship scheme in Norfolk.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a long-term project of approximately 350 homes, offering strong earning potential and career progression within a supportive and growing business.The RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales on-site and delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full sales process from enquiry to exchange and completionDelivering high levels of customer service at all stages of the buying journeyConducting viewings and demonstrating show homesManaging the CRM system and maintaining accurate recordsWorking to sales targets and achieving KPIsLiaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teamsEnsuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented to a high standardRequirementsStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWell-presented, professional, and customer-focusedIT literate with experience using CRM systemsFull UK driving licence and flexibility to work weekendsJBRP1_UKTJ
