Due to recent expansion, we are looking to grow our team by appointing a Sales Executive to join our busy office on a permanent base. We are a supportive team, who want to see everyone succeed in there role and be apart of the company's wider expansion. What you will be doing This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Burnley area. No two days will be the same as you will be speaking with a variety of customers daily to support them on the up take of home improvements such as Solar Panels. Your role will mostly compromise of,

Manage enquiries across a variety of methods, such as telephone calls, emails, website enquiries, and referrals from our trusted network. Follow up on all enquiries, converting them from an enquiry to a customer on the uptake of measures such as Solar Panels. Scheduling any customers for surveys or design stage to confirm how much solar panels can be installed on the property. Discussing product costs, pay back terms, and payment methods such as finance. Keeping in touch with customers going through finance approval stages to ensure your pipeline continues (Along with your commission!) Provide updates to customers on each step of the process, including discussing installation dates. Up selling any additional products or services. Any other duties required by line manager and deemed reasonable.

Qualifications and experience you will bring to the team

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management. Results driven with track record of high conversion of sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into solutions to convert sales. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of energy efficiency, insulation, and renewable energy systems is a plus
