The Sales Executive is responsible for securing new group bookings in both the corporate and leisure markets, as well as managing and contracting corporate accounts for 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse. Working closely with the on-property team, this role holds the responsibility of achieving predetermined annual revenue targets.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Executive
Proactively manage and drive sales in both the corporate and leisure markets. Focus on securing new corporate accounts and successfully converting both leisure and corporate groups.
Confidently plan and execute sales activities, including research, telesales, site/hotel tours, entertaining, and client roadshows.
Fully versed in the full product knowledge of 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse in order to be able to represent both properties confidently to potential clients.
Be a natural ambassador of 11 Cadogan Gardens, The Chelsea Townhouse and Iconic Luxury Hotels.
Provide accurate reports on weekly activities and contribute to monthly and annual business reports.
Take full ownership of ensuring that Salesforce is up-to-date with all feedback and notes, including follow-ups on leads, calls, and appointments, while maintaining well-organised client records.
Sales Executive - About you
Experience of driving revenue through proactive sales to secure new busienss opportunites for MICE segement within the UK domestic market
Comprehensive understanding of hospitality and luxury hotel market
Proven sales experience to drive business forward
Demonstrable business development success in previous roles
Pro-active and self-motivation approach to effectively generate and close business leads
