The Sales Manager for a forward-thinking, growing business on the outskirts of Newark, is looking to welcome an Account Executive into her close-knit sales team, working alongside two Account Managers and a Sales Administrator.
This is a genuinely relationship-led sales role — varied, engaging, and fast-moving — where no two days are the same and your sales performance is recognised and rewarded. This isn’t pushy or transactional sales; it’s about understanding clients, adding value, and building trust.
This role would suit someone who is naturally inquisitive — the kind of sales professional who asks the right questions, listens carefully, and truly understands a customer before offering the right solution.
