A fast-growing training academy specialising in delivering high-quality training solutions to the construction industry are seeking a Sales Executive to join their team as they continue to expand. Working with individuals and businesses across the sector, they provide essential accredited training courses to a multitude of regional and national clients. As the Sales Executive you will:

Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn Generate new business opportunities within the construction sector and wider markets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and secure additional business Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions Manage leads and update CRM systems accurately Liaise with our team of in house trainers to ensure courses are organised and well managed Support the MD with any adjacent tasks.

We are looking for a Sales Executive with:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, driven, and target-oriented A genuine interest in sales and relationship building Highly organised with good attention to detail Comfortable speaking to people at all levels Any previous experience within the construction sector or working for a training provider would be advantageous but not essential
