Sales Lead – UR Performance


Location: UR Performance, Manchester

Role Type: Part-Time

Salary: £12,000 base + commission + performance bonuses


About UR Performance


UR Performance is a high-performance training facility based in Manchester, built around the philosophy of “Perform With Purpose.”


We specialise in hybrid performance training, helping members develop strength, endurance, and resilience through structured programming and coaching. Our community includes everyone from beginners starting their fitness journey to athletes competing in HYROX and other performance events.


Over the past few years, UR has grown into one of the leading performance gyms in the North, and we are now entering the next phase of growth with the goal of reaching 400+ members and expanding our timetable to 80 hours per week.


To support that growth, we are looking for someone to take ownership of sales and member acquisition within the business.


The Role


This role is responsible for turning interest into membership.


You will manage the full front end of the member journey — ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally and no opportunity is missed.


You will work closely with the marketing team, coaches, and management team to grow UR’s membership and strengthen the community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming enquiries (DMs, emails, website leads)
  • Manage the sales pipeline using our CRM system
  • Book and manage free trials
  • Convert trials into memberships
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Track conversion performance and report weekly
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Help ensure every new member has a strong first experience


Who This Role Is For

  • Is interested in fitness, performance, or community-based environments

Experience in sales, fitness, hospitality, or client-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.


Compensation


Base salary: £12,000 per year


Plus:

  • Commission on new memberships
  • Performance bonuses for hitting monthly targets
