Role Description We are seeking a Sales Executive full‑time, office based in Winchester, Hampshire. This role is for someone self‑motivated, confident and not afraid to make telephone calls to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promote the company's technology solutions and services tailored to the hospitality industry. You will work closely with the commercial director and collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as track and achieve sales goals to contribute to the company’s growth. Qualifications & Role
Proven track record in new business telephone sales and development of existing accounts with the ability to convert leads into revenue. Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building and closing skills. Experienced in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines, track activity, and drive results. Ideally have an understanding of technical products and services or good knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry. Target‑driven mindset with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Highly self‑motivated, organised, and proactive with the ability to work independently and take ownership of performance. Office‑based role, Monday–Friday. Must be a driver with access to own transport. Competitive package including basic salary, commission, and company benefits.
