About the Role


 We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team full-time in Greater London. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that improve their overall experience.


You’ll represent our clients professionally, take part in product demonstrations, and work closely with your team to achieve sales targets while keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.


Key Responsibilities:


  •   Engage with customers face-to-face and build genuine connections
  •   Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  •   Promote and represent client products or services professionally
  •   Participate in product demonstrations when required
  •   Work collaboratively with your team to meet sales targets
  •   Maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction



What We’re Looking For:


  •   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •   Confidence in selling, up-selling, and closing deals
  •   A positive, customer-focused mindset
  •   Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  •   Problem-solving skills and adaptability with different customer needs
  •   Experience in field marketing or product demonstrations (advantageous but not essential)
  •   Experience with high-value or complex sales is a plus
  •   Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results
