As they roll out their latest business plan, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Executive to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's ongoing success in delivering top-notch products and services that set industry standards.
Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development and manage existing customer base.
• Champion the promotion, sales, and support the innovative product range to both existing and potential customers.
• Forge and nurture strong business and customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Propel sales growth through a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.
• Provide senior management with reports on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation.

Candidate Profile:

• A proven track record in sales, particularly within wood coatings, is essential.
• Experience as a Spray Shop Manager, with a desire to transition into sales, will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of coating and spray shop application processes is a significant advantage.
• Able to sell based on value rather than price.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
