We are expanding in the UK and seeking a Sales Executive to help us reach local companies and startups, drive new business growth, and build long-term partnerships.

Role Overview

• We are looking for experienced sales professionals who have worked inside recruitment or staffi ng companies, selling recruitment or staffi ng solutions to clients.
• Experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffi ng sales is a strong advantage.
• We are looking for a confi dent closer with full-cycle sales experience and deep understanding of the recruitment and staffi ng industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients from startups, tech companies, and other businesses in the UK that use recruitment services and offshore staffi ng solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → proposals → negotiation → closing.
• Build strong relationships with HR/Talent leaders, Founders, and senior decision-makers.
• Identify market opportunities and support the company’s growth strategy.
• Represent Eiva HR at HR, staffing, and outsourcing industry events.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience within a recruitment or staffing company.
• Proven success selling recruitment or staffi ng solutions (retainer, contingency, RPO, sourcing, offshore staffi ng).
• Strong advantage: experience in offshore recruitment or offshore staffi ng sales.
• Full sales cycle experience and strong understanding of recruitment workfl ows.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English + CRM proficiency.
