Project driven internal sales role selling a manufactured bespoke range of GRP products; access platforms, handrails, grates, ladders, hatches and anti-slip systems Selling into main-contractors, data centre companies and into the water treatment sector Working projects in the commercial, infrastructure, educational, healthcare and industrial sector Good blend of account management and new business Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email Processing orders and making cold calls with a focus on generating new business Pro-actively selling, following up leads and enquiries promptly Producing quotes to customers and following up to convert sale
Qualifications
Must have 5+ years sales experience within the construction industry Preferable experience selling GRP products although would be open to; aggregates, anti-slip materials, steel products, safety equipment, structural building products, flooring, building envelope or general construction sectors Ideally from a background selling technical products or someone who is technically minded Excellent communication and customer service skills Pro-active approach to generating new business Driven, enthusiastic, hungry and lots of self-motivation
