Sales Executive / Sales Manager required for a freight forwarding company that covers the M62 corridor from Leeds to Manchester. This sales role will be a combination of meeting clients to build relationships, identifying new sales opportunities , get repeat business and grow your patch. This role offers a Hybrid approach with 2 hybrid days and 3 office days, however, some of the office days might be meeting clients. The job title is a Sales Executive however the role/Package is more of a sales manager role. Salary £35k + bonus of upto £7500 + a company car. YOU DO NOT NEED A FREIGHT FORWARDING BACKGROUND, JUST A LOGISTICS BACKGROUND IN SALES OR A ACCOUNT MANAGER LOOKING TO DEVELOP IN SALES
The role As a Sales Executive / Sales Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of your patch, you will ensure your patch sales is maximised , you will increase the GP side of the freight solutions your selling and build relationships with new clients. This role will include all the standardSales Executive / Sales Manager duties
Experience We are looking for aSales Executive / Sales Manager with a logistics sales background OR a account manager looking to grow in sales, you will have an understanding of the freight forwarding market, you will be able to do face to face meetings and also phone/zoom meetings
