The Role We’re hiring a Sales Executive for our Sydney office to sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages across our major Australian business events. This is a full-cycle, high-performance sales role with structured training and clear targets. It is designed for ambitious individuals who want rapid progression into senior commercial roles and ultimately Event Director-level positions. Key Responsibilities

Researching and identifying high-growth Australian businesses Speaking daily with founders, CEOs, and senior decision-makers Pitching tailored exhibition and sponsorship solutions Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Hitting and exceeding revenue targets Working closely with senior sales leadership for development

Earnings and Progression

$75,000 - $80,000 base salary Uncapped commission Realistic Year 1 OTE: $110,000 – $140,000 Clear fast-track progression: Sales Executive → Senior Sales → Event Director Performance-based promotions (not time-based) International travel opportunities
