Job Description

Our client is a high-profile live events business at an exciting point in its growth. They are looking for a sales executive to join their sociable and energetic sales team. You will need some sales experience (sector and type of sales not important), but more importantly your attitude and motivation will be key.

About the company:

Our client owns and delivers some of the UK’s best-known festivals and live events across food, music, arts and entertainment. Their portfolio attracts tens of thousands of attendees each year and offers brands the chance to engage audiences through creative activations, sponsorships and experiential partnerships. The team is commercial, energetic and passionate about delivering standout live experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Selling coporate hospitality packages, sponsorship and event space to new and existing clients
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, maintaining high activity levels and working towards revenue targets
  • Building strong client relationships through meetings, calls, networking and on-site delivery
  • Working closely with marketing, operations and wider sales teams to maximise event performance

Requirements include:

  • Proven sales experience, gained within any sector.
  • Strong track record of working to targets and managing a busy sales pipeline
  • Confident communicator, comfortable pitching and negotiating with clients
  • Organised, proactive approach with the ability to manage your own workload

Why apply?

You’ll be selling into some of the UK’s most recognisable live events, working with major brands in a fast-paced, creative environment. This role offers clear targets, strong earning potential through a competitive commission structure, regular involvement in exciting events, and the chance to develop long-term commercial relationships within a supportive and ambitious team.
