Sales Executive – Leeds – Up to £40,000 basic + commission + car allowance

Do you have experience selling into construction or contractor environments?

Are you comfortable managing existing accounts while developing new business?

Can you work primarily office based, with flexibility to travel for client meetings when required?

What you NEED...

Proven track record in a sales or account management role within construction, hire, safety, or contractor-led environments

Confidence managing both existing client relationships and new business opportunities

Strong communication skills across phone, email and face-to-face meetings

Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel regularly

Comfortable working mainly from a Leeds office with flexible travel as meetings dictate

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and develop an existing portfolio of contractor clients

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors

Conduct outbound sales activity via phone, email and meetings

Arrange and attend client meetings as required

Prepare quotations and product presentations

Work closely with depot and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting

Represent the business professionally at meetings and events
