Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the full sales journey from enquiry to handover:
Manage all incoming event enquiries via phone and email Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through strong sales techniques Negotiate rates and finalise contracts with clients Coordinate closely with hotel departments to ensure smooth delivery Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue Support repeat business through relationship building and follow-upWhat we're looking for: We're seeking a driven Sales & Events Manager with the following:
Previous experience in a reactive hotel sales environment Strong background in Event Sales within hospitality Excellent communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries A proactive approach to revenue generation and client service
