Sales Enablement Specialist (EMEA) | SaaS / Martech

London (3 days office / 2 days remote)

£295/day (Inside IR35)

12-month rolling contract

We’re hiring a Sales Enablement Specialist to support a high-performing EMEA Sales team within a globally recognised SaaS / Martech business.


This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll play a key part in onboarding new hires, improving sales skills, and driving performance through coaching and continuous learning.


What you’ll be doing

Onboarding & Enablement (30%)

  • Deliver engaging onboarding programmes for new sales hires
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to build structured learning paths
  • Continuously improve onboarding based on feedback and performance


Call Coaching & QA (25%)

  • Listen to sales calls and identify coaching opportunities
  • Run call calibration sessions with Sales Managers
  • Spot trends and recommend targeted training interventions


Sales Skills Training (20%)

  • Deliver training on prospecting, discovery, value selling, and closing
  • Facilitate workshops, roleplays, and coaching sessions
  • Reinforce learning to ensure real behaviour change


Product & Ongoing Learning (15%)

  • Partner with Product Marketing to deliver product updates
  • Create and maintain relevant enablement content
  • Ensure alignment with global enablement initiatives


⚙️ Run the Business (10%)

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Ops
  • Track engagement and effectiveness of enablement programmes
  • Manage programme documentation and reporting


✅ What we’re looking for

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or L&D
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS or Martech environments
  • Strong facilitation skills — confident delivering training sessions
  • Experience coaching sales reps and improving call quality
  • Comfortable working with tools like Salesforce, LMS platforms, or call coaching tools (e.g. Gong)
  • Ability to influence and work with Sales Managers and stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance improvement
  • Interest or experience in using AI tools to enhance enablement
