About the team: The Global Sales Effectiveness team is a collaborative, high‑impact group dedicated to helping sales teams succeed. We are passionate about driving meaningful change through learning and growth, supporting sellers and leaders worldwide in reaching their revenue targets.
About the Role: This position exists to lead and manage the delivery of sales onboarding and sales methodology training for the sales organization. The candidate will ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving business needs. The role is responsible for maintaining training documentation, tracking participation, and serving as the main point of contact for training communications.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the delivery of sales training programs in the region, including new hire onboarding and core selling methodology workshops.
- Manages the embedding programs to ensure adoption.
- Tracks and reports on training participation, completion, and outcomes.
- Audits, updates, and maintains the onboarding training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborates on building the training modules to ensure the programs delivered are up to date and aligned with current priorities.
- Ensures all training and development programs are consistent with LNRS vision, mission, values, and goals.
- Manages multiple training projects and process improvements simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Successful experience in sales, effective experience in sales training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Be able to demonstrate experience in managing training programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to deliver effective training and collaborate across teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
- Solid computer and technical skills.
