Job Description

We are recruiting for a commercially focused Sales Enablement Lead to support and enhance the performance of a B2B sales team within a growing medical equipment company.

This is not a sales administration role.

It is a strategic position focused on improving sales effectiveness, driving revenue growth and ensuring the team has the right tools, training and structure to succeed.

You will work closely with a team of six sales professionals, helping to optimise pipeline management, reporting, onboarding and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategy
  • Improve CRM usage and pipeline visibility
  • Equip the sales team with presentations, tools and supporting materials
  • Analyse sales performance data and identify areas for improvement
  • Support onboarding and continuous development of the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and processes

Ideal Background:

  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
  • Confident working with CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to influence and advise
  • Comfortable working in a technical or commercial environment
