Job Description
We are recruiting for a commercially focused Sales Enablement Lead to support and enhance the performance of a B2B sales team within a growing medical equipment company.
This is not a sales administration role.
It is a strategic position focused on improving sales effectiveness, driving revenue growth and ensuring the team has the right tools, training and structure to succeed.
You will work closely with a team of six sales professionals, helping to optimise pipeline management, reporting, onboarding and overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales enablement strategy
- Improve CRM usage and pipeline visibility
- Equip the sales team with presentations, tools and supporting materials
- Analyse sales performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Support onboarding and continuous development of the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and processes
Ideal Background:
- Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
- Confident working with CRM systems and sales reporting
- Analytical mindset with the ability to influence and advise
- Comfortable working in a technical or commercial environment
