Sales Director – UK & Ireland | Construction & Building Materials

As Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and scaling a high-performing sales team across the UK & Ireland
• Driving strategic growth and market expansion
• Managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships
• Collaborating with product and technical teams to align innovation with commercial success
• Reporting directly to the board with insights, forecasts, and ROI-driven strategies
• A strategic yet hands-on leader with experience managing turnovers of £100m+
• A natural team builder who leads with humility, energy, and integrity
• Deeply experienced in the construction supply chain, with a proven track record in sales leadership
• Tech-savvy with CRM and analytics tools, and a passion for continuous improvement
