We are seeking a Sales Director to lead the UK & Ireland market. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role, working closely with partners Renault Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment.

As Sales Director UK & Ireland, you will sit on the Market Leadership Team, collaborating with senior leaders to make decisions that serve the long-term success of the market. You will lead Territory Managers, Finance Sales Specialists, and Commercial Support to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and exceptional customer experiences
Set and deliver sales targets, service standards, and commercial objectives across the UK & Ireland Shape and evolve the sales operation and Commercial Support to maximise market impact Monitoring market performance, including penetration, asset portfolio, overdue ratios and productivity Empower the Commercial Support team to proactively solve business challenges and drive results Lead key negotiations with dealers and strategic accounts and oversee local product/service commercialisation Implement sales tools, marketing initiatives, and customer lifecycle processes to enhance performance Building a culture that promotes engagement, development and continuous learning
Who are you? You are a commercial leader with a strong background in captive finance, financial services or commercial vehicles. You bring experience managing sales teams and key accounts, with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes. You will bring:
Proven experience driving sales, increasing market penetration and growing market share Strong leadership experience managing sales teams across complex market A deep understanding of financial products and dealer or end customer ecosystems Experience driving profitable growth and identifying new business opportunities Confidence navigating regulated environments including FCA and compliance frameworks Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at every level A passion for building high-performing, future-ready teams A university degree or equivalent experience
