We design, manufacture, and sell e-bikes and light electric vehicles through dealer networks and key retail accounts. Our core brands include NCM and ET,Cycle, alongside new mobility products for urban and professional use cases.


London serves as our global headquarters, providing centralized support in HR, finance, supply chain, marketing, IT, and retail strategy.



Role Overview

We are appointing a Sales Director, UK (B2B) to lead and grow our dealer and key account business within the UK market.


This is a pure B2B sales leadership role, fully focused on revenue growth, dealer development, and key account management. All operational and back-office functions are supported by the London HQ.



Role Scope & Boundaries

This role IS

• A senior UK-focused B2B sales leadership position

• Fully responsible for dealer and key account sales in the UK

• Accountable for revenue growth and sales execution


This role IS NOT

• A Managing Director role

• Responsible for HR, finance, warehouse, or logistics operations

• Responsible for retail store management or retail P&L



Key Responsibilities

Dealer & Channel Development (UK)

• Build, manage, and expand dealer networks across the UK

• Recruit, lead, and coach UK-based Business Development Managers

• Define dealer strategy, pricing frameworks, and annual sales targets

• Drive dealer onboarding, performance, and long-term partnerships


Key Account Management

• Develop and manage Key Account relationships with UK retail chains and strategic partners

• Lead commercial negotiations, volume programs, and promotional plans

• Coordinate closely with HQ on product planning and demand forecasting


Sales Strategy & Execution

• Own UK B2B sales targets and revenue performance

• Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to HQ

• Align UK sales execution with global brand and product strategy


Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with London-based teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, HR, IT)

• Ensure smooth coordination between UK sales execution and HQ support functions

• Support the launch of new products and mobility categories in the UK



Preferred Experience & Profile

• 10–15+ years of B2B sales leadership experience

• Strong background in Dealer network development and Key Account / retail chain management

• Proven track record in the UK market

• Commercially sharp, execution-focused, and accountable

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led organization
