Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
Employment Type: Full‑time
The Opportunity
Join a high‑performing go‑to‑market team where you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth. As an SDR, you’ll identify high‑value prospects, qualify leads and book meetings that fuel the success of the Sales team. You’ll be introducing organisations to an AI‑powered platform that’s transforming how IT and security teams work.
This is a foundational role with hands‑on exposure to enterprise technology sales and a clear path into Sales, Customer Success or GTM leadership. You’ll be part of a team that moves fast, learns constantly and is reshaping how technical leaders regain time, control and confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect into target accounts via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels
- Qualify inbound leads from trials, website activity and marketing campaigns
- Book and participate in introductory meetings before handing opportunities to AEs
- Deliver a clear, compelling overview of the platform and its value
- Capture key prospect details to support effective sales conversations and demos
- Maintain accurate activity, contact updates and pipeline progress in HubSpot
- Use proven objection‑handling techniques to drive conversions
- Stay up to date on product updates, industry trends and buyer personas
- Share feedback to improve outbound strategy, messaging and GTM processes
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ months of SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong desire to learn, grow and consistently exceed targets
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Resilience, coachability and a drive to master modern outbound sales
- Enthusiasm for engaging technical buyers and delivering real value
