The Role As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the heart of the business. Your job? To speak with potential customers, understand their needs, and introduce them to solutions that genuinely make a difference.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Speaking with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls
- Following proven sales scripts while bringing your own personality & drive
- Asking the right questions to understand customer needs and close sales
- Keeping internal systems up to date and accurate
- Using your initiative to meet targets and identify future opportunities

- Adaptability and willingness to learn new ways of working
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
