About Sendr.io
Sendr.io is a modern sales outreach platform redefining how teams connect with prospects. Formerly known as Reach.ly, Sendr leverages AI at every step of the outreach process—from data enrichment to personalized voice/video messages and dynamic landing pages—empowering reps to run high-impact, personalized campaigns at scale.
Rated 4.9/5 on G2, Sendr isn’t just another SaaS tool. We’re a vibrant, remote-first startup with a strong product, joyful team culture, and a growing global community. Our mission is to make outreach feel authentic, human, and powerful—and we’re building a team that reflects that.
We’re hiring a Sales Development & Closing Specialist to own the outbound sales cycle—from first touch to signed deal. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on sales environment, knows how to engage warm leads, and has the tenacity to close deals.
You’ll be the driving force behind our Go-To-Market efforts—running personalized demos, overcoming objections, and following up like a pro. If you're energized by revenue targets, love experimenting with tools like Clay or Apollo, and want to grow in a high-ownership role, we want to meet you.
What you’ll be doing:
Run sales demos and guide leads through product value — most are warm leads from our database, outreach campaigns and inbound.;
Convert warm leads from campaigns, freemium users, and inbound channels into paying customers
Run high-conversion product demos and communicate clear, compelling value
Follow up rigorously using CRM (HubSpot), email sequences, and LinkedIn touchpoints
Manage and optimize your pipeline, keeping it clean, up-to-date, and moving
Collaborate closely with the founders and GTM team on messaging and experiment
Hit monthly revenue targets (MRR) and report progress regularly
Who you are:
- Excellent written and spoken English—clear, confident, and mistake-free
- Proven experience in outbound sales or SDR work, especially closing or assisting in closing deals
Comfortable running live demos, handling objections, and managing follow-ups
Highly organized, persistent, and accountable—no leads fall through the cracks
Experience with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or other outreach/CRM tools
Confident on video and LinkedIn—comfortable building a public-facing presence
Resourceful and proactive—you move fast and don’t wait for direction
Friendly and professional—you build rapport easily and represent the brand with care
Fast learner—picks up new product features, workflows, and sales tactics quickly
Working hours:
This is a remote role with preferred coverage of East Coast (ET) business hours, ideally between 9 AM and 5 PM ET. While we’re flexible, overlapping with the U.S. customer time zones is important for running demos, responding to inbound leads, and collaborating with the GTM and product teams. We estimate the role will require around 5–6 hours per day, with the potential to expand over time depending on performance and business needs.
What we offer:
Part-time job (25-30 hours per week). For this vacancy, we also consider candidates planning to combine this job with another flexible part-time job or studies.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any country or city, just need a good Internet connection, a computer to work from, and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule.
