The Opportunity

We’re working with a high-performing and well-established dealership in Guildford that’s looking to appoint an experienced Sales Controller. This is a key role within a busy sales team, offering strong earning potential and the chance to step into a leadership-focused position.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the department

* Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets

* Assist in closing deals and maximising profitability

* Monitor KPIs, sales activity, and overall team performance

* Ensure a first-class customer experience from enquiry to handover

* Manage stock levels, pricing, and vehicle presentation

* Ensure full FCA compliance and adherence to company processes

About You

* Experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, or Senior Sales Executive ready to step up

* Proven track record in automotive sales

* Strong leadership and coaching ability

* Target-driven with a focus on results

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Full UK driving licence
