Sales Consultant (BDM) – Performance Marketing

London | £45–60k + Commission | OTE £100k+ | Permanent

A fast-growing performance marketing company is looking for a high-impact Principal Marketing Consultant to drive new business and shape digital growth for medium and large brands. We operate at the cutting edge of paid media, analytics, and digital strategy — and we’re scaling fast.

What you’ll do:

• Hunt, pitch, and close new business — consistently.
• Build strong relationships and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver compelling presentations and tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding.
• Work closely with account teams to identify global market opportunities.
• Maintain tight CRM discipline and a pipeline that performs.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in high-velocity, consultative sales with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising (PPC, paid social, analytics).
• Tech-savvy, data-driven, and commercially sharp.
• Confident presenter with exceptional communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resilient, target-obsessed.
• Naturally organised, high energy, solutions-focused.
