We're looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Vauxhall/MG/Fiat/Abarth/Jeep branch in Salford. As a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, your role will be heavily sales focused. You will be with our customers every step of the way – from the moment they walk through the door right through to offering them a great aftersales experience. This role is all about helping our customers find the right car based on what they need and building up strong, positive relationships with them through every step of the process. Responsibilities
Helping customers find the right car based on their needs Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service to every customer Building and maintaining lasting, sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism Coordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver on promises Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience
Qualities & Requirements
Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills Bags of energy and enthusiasm A strong ability to stay organised and remember important details A desire for a lasting and fulfilling career A full driving licence held for a minimum of one year
