Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Consultant located in Crewe. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored telematics solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, demonstrating product features, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role includes consulting with customers to ensure long‑term satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting, with a customer‑centric approach. Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure exceptional client experiences. Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in the telematics or technology sector is an advantage. A results‑driven attitude with strong problem‑solving capabilities. Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
