Standalone Boutique, Knightsbridge – Up to £32K + Commission + Bonus + Clothing Allowance

Outside The Box Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Sales Associates (2+ years’ experience in high premium WRTW & MRTW) for a globally recognised premium fashion brand in Knightsbridge.

Our client is renowned for their modern, on-trend ready-to-wear and accessory collections, worn by fashion-forward royals and high-profile celebrities. With sustainability at the forefront of their values, the brand champions fairness both in the workplace and throughout production.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Supervisor, you will:

• Confidently drive sales through seamless customer service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet personal and store sales targets
• Deliver exceptional styling, link selling and clientelling
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and brand storytelling
• Create a positive, welcoming and engaging client environment
• Utilise CRM systems effectively
• Maintain impeccable shop floor presentation standards
• Assist with deliveries, replenishment and visual merchandising
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and market developments

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience within a premium/luxury fashion environment
• Strong knowledge of Womenswear and/or Menswear
• Passionate about fashion and current trends
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Positive, proactive “can do” attitude
• Impeccably presented (smart/casual and well-groomed)
• Strong relationship builder with both clients and team members

• 1% commission on every sale
• 2% commission once store target is achieved
