Position:Sales Co-ordinator Telesales Full time, Office based role The purpose of the role

To promote and encourage awareness of the Syncros product range within the flooring trade and other target markets. To provide a sales / technical support role to all prospects, and develop sales to achieve set targets with maximumprofit. Secure major specifications.

Key Tasks To run a daily recall listing from the maximiser and co ordinator record sheet. To telephone each company on the recall listing to obtain information and promote the Syncros range. Identify further opportunities within architects and construction companies and update prospects with current projects and companies within that group. Make appointments where necessary. To receive incoming sales enquiries from existing customers and new Syncros prospects. Send company product literature (including samples) where and when relevant or requested. Where possible, direct the customer to our website. To follow up quotations, tenders and information in line with the recall list to promote the Syncros range and secure direct purchase orders.
