Your responsibilities as Sales Case Manager
Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into active cases
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate investigative services
Manage cases from initial contact through to completion
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
Maintain accurate records and oversee contract documentation
Identify and act on opportunities to upsell additional services
What we’re looking for in a Sales Case Manager
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or case handling roles
Strong track record of managing client interactions over the phone
Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritise effectively
Experience reviewing or managing client documentation and contracts
Confidence in identifying and closing upsell opportunities
