If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and bringing fresh ideas to the table, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleAs our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the agency’s growth. You’ll own the entire business development cycle from prospecting and pitching, through to negotiating contracts and closing partnerships. Because we specialise in beauty, you’ll need to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in the industry. This knowledge will help you connect authentically with clients and position us as their trusted growth partner. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, perfect for someone confident, ambitious, and excited to make a big impact.ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentResearch, identify, and target ambitious beauty brandsLead outreach through calls, tailored emails, and social engagementBuild and manage a high-quality pipeline via CRM tools and LinkedInAttend beauty and consumer brand events to network with decision-makersConsultative SellingUnderstand client goals, challenges, and audiencesPresent tailored TikTok and Meta growth strategiesClearly communicate our unique value and approachClosing DealsNegotiate contracts, terms, and retainersConsistently meet or exceed quarterly new business targetsStay up to date on beauty and wellness industry trendsShare insights to shape sales strategies and proposalsWork closely with internal teams to develop winning proposalsEnsure a smooth handoff from sales to deliveryPerformance TrackingMonitor leads, conversions, and outreach effectivenessRefine strategies based on data and resultsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years’ business development or sales experience, ideally within digital marketing, advertising, or agency environmentsStrong understanding of (or passion for) the beauty industryA confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsSkilled at building relationships, pitching, and closingTech-savvy with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, TikTok, and Meta platformsWhat we offer£25,000–£35,000 base salary + commission on closed dealsHybrid working – mix of London office days & WFH21 days annual leave + bank holidaysOffice closed over Christmas & New YearYour birthday off, alwaysRegular progression opportunities as we growSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesAdvertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
