Sales Assistant – Accessories & RTW

Luxury Department Store

Salary: £35,000 + excellent bonus & commission


My client is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join the Accessories and Ready-to-Wear (RTW) team within a prestigious luxury department store. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience in a premium retail environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and delivering a personalised luxury shopping experience.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the department reflects the brand’s luxury image.
  • Develop strong product knowledge across Accessories and RTW to confidently advise clients.
  • Assist with stock management, replenishment, and general day-to-day operations.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury or premium retail is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for fashion, particularly Accessories and RTW.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
