Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Executive (Print Environment) Location: Corby
Salary: £32,000 £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
Overview
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to join a well-established print business based in Corby. This is a varied, full-time permanent role combining proactive sales activity with high-quality customer service, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Promote products and services to both existing and new customers

Follow up with customers after samples have been sent to secure orders

Contact customers once orders have been received to provide updates and maintain relationships

Reach out to customers who have not ordered recently to re-engage and promote products

Carry out warm and cold calling to generate new business opportunities

Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and friendly manner

Maintain and update the CRM database accurately and consistently

Liaise with the Artwork Department to resolve any artwork quality or file issues

Chase deliveries and keep customers informed of order progress and timescales

Discuss troubleshooting and resolve any issues customers may experience

Communicate effectively with various internal departments to ensure smooth order processing

Plan and manage your day independently, working to your own initiative

Maintain a kind, approachable, and professional manner with all clients

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in sales and customer service, ideally within a print or manufacturing environment

Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills

Comfortable with warm and cold calling

Experience using CRM systems

Well organised with good time management skills

Able to work independently and plan workload effectively

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
