We are seeking a motivated Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Chorley (PR7). Key Responsibilities - Sales and Customer Service Advisor:
* Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate high-quality leads.
* Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and determining their fit for our products/services.
* Pass qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and conversion.
* Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
* Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
* Follow up with leads as necessary to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
* Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential customers.
