As a Sales and Customer Service Advisor, you will... Handle phone enquiries, emails, Amazon messages, and trade-customer needs efficiently, resolving issues and closing tickets as required. Process carrier returns promptly by handling returned items and returning good products to warehouse stock. Accurately input orders from the Trade Account Executive, assist with trade sales and admin tasks and maintain effective communication with trade customers. Monitor and respond to Amazon, eBay, and Trustpilot reviews by addressing feedback.
