The Opportunity

We are expanding our outbound sales team and looking for driven, money-motivated sales agents who want to earn based on performance.

This is a commission-only role — ideal for individuals who:

  • Back themselves to perform
  • Want uncapped earnings
  • Thrive in high-volume sales environments

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls (up to 300 per day)
  • Speaking to UK-based builders, contractors, and construction companies
  • Introducing our platform and offering a free trial
  • Converting users into paid SaaS subscriptions


What You’re Selling

You’re not selling a “nice-to-have” — you’re offering something every builder wants:

“Here’s a list of people in your area actively planning construction projects — with their names, addresses, and contact details.”

It’s simple.

What We’re Looking For

We want hungry, resilient, and confident individuals who:

  • Are highly motivated by earning commission
  • Can handle rejection and keep going
  • Are comfortable making hundreds of calls per day
  • Speak clear, professional English
  • Have previous sales or call centre experience (preferred, not essential)
