Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our clients' sales team and ensure the smooth and efficient processing of sales orders, customer communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to post-sales follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to customers
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments (e.g., finance, logistics)
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/logistics for order fulfillment
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking sales targets
Generate and analyze sales reports and performance metrics
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the sales process
