Role: Sales Administrator
Location: Central London
Proper Recruitment are working with a well-known UK-wide independent estate agent who are looking for a reliable and organised Sales Administrator with strong AML experience to join their busy office and support the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing AML checks and compliance processes
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on the CRM system
- Liaising with buyers, vendors and third parties throughout the sales process
- Preparing sales documents and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
- Handling incoming enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with property listings, marketing and general office duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience within property administration preferred
- Strong AML experience is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional and proactive attitude
Salary:
- £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Tenure:
- Full-Time | On Site | Monday – Friday
