Role: Sales Administrator

Location: Central London


Proper Recruitment are working with a well-known UK-wide independent estate agent who are looking for a reliable and organised Sales Administrator with strong AML experience to join their busy office and support the sales team.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing AML checks and compliance processes
  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on the CRM system
  • Liaising with buyers, vendors and third parties throughout the sales process
  • Preparing sales documents and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
  • Handling incoming enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting with property listings, marketing and general office duties


Requirements:

  • Previous experience within property administration preferred
  • Strong AML experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Professional and proactive attitude


Salary:

  • £28,000 – £32,000 per annum


Tenure:

  • Full-Time | On Site | Monday – Friday
