We are a commercial property investment management company with with Freehold assets in central London. We have diversified and pioneered managed office solutions across our property portfolio and are now looking to expand on that growth. Accordingly, we are seeking to recruit a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a great telephone manner, a can-do attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. While industry experience in flexible or managed office spaces is desirable, it is not essential, everything else can be taught. We value attitude and potential above all else.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be instrumental in developing our sales function. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
•Manage incoming sales inquiries and accurately log all activities in the CRM system
•Consult with clients, qualify their requirements, and promote our business solutions
•Accept or reject leads from brokers and commercial agents
•Build and maintain relationships with brokers and commercial agents
•Ensure all sales activities and tasks are completed within agreed timeframes
•Maintain daily communication and pipeline updates with brokers and the Sales Manager
•Effectively manage the Sales Manager’s calendar and appointments
•Work collaboratively to build and nurture excellent relationships with brokers and agents
•Schedule viewings aligned with the Sales Manager’s availability
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company systems, products, and promotions
•Support monthly broker pipeline reporting
•Attend and organise networking events to strengthen business relationships
•Consistently meet or exceed targets for calls and viewing bookings
•Create content for our company LinkedIn page
•Continually update Broker and Agent portals and websites
•Assist with drafting proposals for tenants for the Sales Manager
•Cover viewings in the event of holidays or sickness across our portfolio with prospective tenants
•Direct outreach to prospective tenants
•Assist with additional sales-related tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
•Personable with excellent telephone manner and communication skills
•Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
•Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
•Self-motivated, but a team player who fits well within company culture
•Self-initiative and proactive
•Experience using CRM platforms and appointment management
•Desire to contribute to building a new sales function and processes
•Happy to work from any of our locations in the event of viewings or events
Desirable:
•Industry experience in flexible or managed office markets
•Established network within the flexible workspace sector
•Experience using social media for business development
•Proficiency with sales analytics and data interpretation tools
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am- 5:30pm
Based in the office (We do move around our properties depending on our availability- All Zone 1 London)
