Location: Leeds
I'm currently working with a well-established organisation in Leeds who are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and wants to play a key role supporting a busy sales function.
The Role
You'll act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders with a high level of accuracy
- Handling inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Providing updates on orders, deliveries, and pricing
- Liaising with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) to resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems
- Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day administration
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales admin / customer service / order processing role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator, particularly over the phone
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
