Trentham £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a Sales Administrator & Workshop Assistant to join our clients small and friendly team in Trentham. The role is split evenly between office-based sales administration and hands-on workshop duties, offering plenty of variety.
Key Responsibilities
Office duties:
Customer liaison via email and phone Preparing quotes, processing orders and payments Using in‑house CRM and sales systems Dispatching UK and international orders Learning product ranges to advise customers effectively General admin and sales supportWorkshop:
Manual handling and cutting sheet materials (track saw) Packing orders for dispatch Assisting in badge production Cleaning and finishing products ready for shipment
About You
Confident, proactive, and quick to learn Strong IT skills (email, Word, Excel, filing systems) Good English and Maths skills Practical, adaptable, and a strong team player Comfortable in a fast‑paced, small‑team environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is happy to get involved across both office and workshop functions.
