We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Sales Account Manager to join a growing team based on the outskirts of Newark. You’ll play a key role in protecting and expanding the customer base, securing recurring business, and identifying new opportunities within an industry that’s becoming more important than ever.

What you’ll be doing

* Own the full sales cycle – from first contact and proposals to contract signing and ongoing account management.

* Manage your client portfolio – building strong, long-term relationships and acting as their trusted point of contact.

* Retain customers & secure renewals – understand challenges, identify improvements, and ensure a seamless experience every year.

* Generate sales & leads – secure new and renewed maintenance contracts, upsell and cross-sell where appropriate, and work to achieve KPIs.

* Become an expert – build strong technical knowledge of systems, services, and the wider industry.

What we’re looking for

* Proven track record of delivering sales results and increasing revenue.

* Skilled in negotiation and confident in closing deals.
