Job Description

In this role as Sales Account Manager, you will drive ongoing strategic business growth initiatives and lead the continued development of a portfolio of strategic multi-site accounts across England. Your responsibilities include growing sales and building strong relationships with existing and new customers. Working with a team of technicians, product specialists, information system specialists, and partners, you will be involved in the entire process from idea development and negotiation to delivery, engaging with stakeholders from C-level to implementers.

You will report to the Sales Manager for End User Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) North EMEA.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Focus on selling the Connected Enterprise, Rockwell Automation's portfolio of solutions covering all parts of automation, from smart machines and turn-key process solutions to safe network infrastructure and information solutions.
  2. Serve as a specialist within your area and be part of our EMEA Consumer affinity team.
  3. Manage a portfolio of existing customers, including many that are part of our Global Strategic and Enterprise accounts, as well as developing new customers.
  4. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers at all levels, including C-level executives, within the eco-system and industry.
  5. Act as the first point of contact for customers, supported by a team of technical consultants, product specialists, industry specialists, and the solution delivery team, throughout the sales process and beyond.
