The Watermark Collection is a design-led luxury brassware brand based in London. We have built one of the most talked-about names in luxury taps and showers, specified by the most influential architects and interior designers across the world. We sell directly in the UK and operate through a growing network of premium showroom partners internationally. We are a small, close-knit team with high ambitions, and we are growing.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales & Account Development Executive to join us and expand our commercial presence across two areas: working with architects and interior designers in the UK and developing new showroom partnerships in international markets.
The Role
As a Sales & Account Development Executive, you will:
• Represent and promote The Watermark Collection to architects, interior designers and premium showroom retailers
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships within the design and architecture community, and with international retail partners
• Identify and approach new clients and prospects through research, outreach and networking — in the UK and in international markets
• Understand client needs and prepare detailed, customised quotations and product specifications
• Onboard new international showroom partners; provide product training and ongoing commercial support
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the brand’s presence and reach
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using CRM tools
We Are Looking for Someone Who
• Has proven experience in a similar sales or business development role – ideally within the premium interiors or design sector. Experience working with architects, interior designers or design showroom retailers is a strong advantage
• Is confident, with proven ability to prospect and reach out to new clients
• Truly understands and values high-end products, with an appreciation for design and quality
• Excels at building trusting, long-term relationships with architects, designers, and retail partners
• Pays close attention to detail and can deliver accurate, tailored quotations that reflect the client’s needs
• Is self-motivated and results-oriented, with a natural drive to grow business opportunities and meet ambitious targets
• Thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team, and is excited to contribute to a fast-growing company
• Has a natural curiosity and interest in diving deep to understand their market and make their efforts ever more effective
• Is willing to travel internationally as the role develops
• Has the right to work in the UK

Remuneration: Competitive base salary + bonus package, based on experience
