We are seeking a 4 session Salaried GP to work at either of our village surgeries in Liss and Swan Surgery in Petersfield, taking on an established patient list. Main duties of the job We operate across five sites in Hampshire, including one in Petersfield, two in Liss, and two in Liphook. GP will work alongside a supportive team of healthcare professionals including clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, and a dedicated frailty team. About us About Swan Medical Group: We are seeking an additional salaried GP to join our esteemed team, comprising 11 Partners, 18 salaried GPs, and a robust Nurse team delivering Rapid Access services and Chronic Disease management.
